Best investment management tool

The best investment tool - and it’s on mobile! One click away anytime millions of dollars deal! Automatic calculation of average holding price - this means the tracking of historical transaction - brilliant! Some suggestions - anywhere to report feedback? I came across a bug - in my US stock portfolio, I have one stock that has 70-80%+ unrealized gain. One day it suddenly shows a -77% unrealized gain/loss.

Frustrating…. limit orders expire and Premier offers no real value

I want to love this app. The interface is clean and simple. But a few major issues make it frustrating to use — and they are not small fixes.1. Limit orders expire after 4 working daysI have to re-enter the same order repeatedly. That defeats the entire purpose of setting a limit order. I should be able to set a price and leave it until it fills, or until I cancel it. Please allow ongoing limit orders with no expiry, or at least extend them to 30 days to ongoing. This alone makes the app feel like it was designed for casual users, not serious investors.2. The tier system is a letdownI worked up to Tier 4, only to be downgraded back to 0. That is not a promotion, it is a disappointment. Trading incentives should reward loyalty, not expire and leave users feeling penalised for using the app.3. Premier is just a titleI was an HSBC One customer. When I upgraded to Premier, I expected better investment perks. Instead, I got the same tier system, the same trading fees, and the same app experience, just with a Relationship Manager. That is not a real upgrade. Premier should offer genuine value: lower fees, better trading benefits, or exclusive access. Otherwise, it is just a label.I use this app regularly, and I want it to be better. But right now, these issues make it feel like a missed opportunity. I hope the development team takes this feedback seriously.

Problem - Average price cannot save
27/03/2019
說話順利，圖話漂亮。
Starting this week. The average price I kept for one year is suddenly disappear in the app. I try to input it again, close the app, and open the app. The data inputted is gone again. Apparently the save function doesn’t work anymore. And I have to calculate my average price again for all stocks I hold, manually. And stored in paper

Can I suggest a feedback that the average price that I trade a particular stock be automated, based on my trade history? Its very inconvenient to have to manually input this number and manually keep track of the stock price I traded over the years and this is only going to keep increasing and changing forever. It shouldn’t be manual as its not in Interactive Brokers.
