too slow

I downloaded it yet it took forever to load to the main page.
It’s still loading after a few mins. I thought it’s my network but it still the same problem after I switched to another network.
I removed and deleted the app.

The loading time of the app may vary depending on device and network conditions. We recommend users to allow more time for the initial load for the first time after downloading, as it may take longer than usual. Enhancements have been made in the latest version of the app. Please visit the app store to update to the version 1.8.3 and try again.

The app spent so much money to hire mirror to endorse the fast check in, and it got me download it and providing all personal info.

Once you got in, the app only focus on explaining the function, ads and airport redemption instead of actually providing the service.

What a waste of money. The UX and ease of use is also terrible.

Horrible app, stuck on loading screen

As mentioned in the title, hopeless app and technical team. Reading the comments asking people to screenshot and email them. It’s easy enough try opening the app yourself.
To response team: don’t reply me saying to send the screen shot. Open the app yourself, ffs
