Good service, terrible app

Lottoland is a great service, using it for years with no issue. But for crying out loud redevelop your app. It’s terrible. For example, why can’t you have a but that actually brings you straight to your lotto tickets?? You have to go hunting for them. Your confirmation says go to the ‘My Tickets’ section but it’s actually called ‘My Activity’. The app frequently logs you out for no reason, and it’s not optimised for the iPhone 12. Lines and bars frequently appear across images in the app, and I just don’t understand why can can’t you just highlight matching numbers in the app instead of drawing a tiny line underneath. You guys need a serious chat with your UI and UX team.

I made an account won some bets and now my account is taking over 2 days to verify two simple documents. Here lads read the trustpilot reviews I don’t know if this company is goimg bancrupt or if they have enough power to just outright scam their customers but many many people have been scammed of thousands in the last two months- withdrawals taking days or weeks or not arriving at all. I will update you all in the coming days

I have sent about 6 emails and all I get is an automated reply that someone will contact me within 24 hours yet I get no response. Don’t download this app. They will steal your money.
