• Enable Touch ID or Face ID for quick, secure access to your Card Account.
• Register your online account and log in securely with the same User ID and Password you use on americanexpress.co.in
• Activate new, renewed or replaced Cards
• Create, view, change or unlock your PIN.
• Check your balance and make bill payments on-the-go
• Temporarily block or unblock your Card* to limit purchases if it is misplaced, without closing your account completely.
• Replace damaged, lost or stolen Cards

STAY ON TOP OF YOUR SPENDING
• Turn on Purchase Alerts to keep track of your spending in real time
• Activate notifications for spend tracking, payment due reminders, weekly balance alerts & more
• View recent transactions including pending charges
• View and download statements in PDF format up to 6 months

EXPLORE REWARDS AND BENEFITS
• View and redeem your Rewards points (if enrolled) and browse through reward milestones

Latest Review: Brilliant Guys, The new update is smart, no more otp no more pass. simple touch id and logged in. easy to fetch statements, wow... keep it up. 🫠🤩 New Feedback: Your rewards & offers section wont work on MDM devices where Javascript is turned off" Web3 users do inbuilt in their browser. So dont make any changes to this app. your product team can rest this is great. but only rewards section needs to be opened from pc if script for java is disabled by mdm or security. Old Review: Especially to Product & Security Team You guys, in the name of security are use extra otp & password to login to the app. arre idiots, why the hell one will use the app then if they have to enter pasword & otp. stupid designs in over protecting the user you lost the smooth process of customer easy of using the app. its better we use website to login through browser.

Extra payment taken wrongly

On thé 6th of Nov , I tried to make a purchase from Marks and spencer and the payment was just not going through and the page was blank after putting in the OTP after card details . Then a flash showed to cancel transaction and I clicked yes and this happened over 3 tries - it also flashed on my phone that no payment has been taken , hence I tried 3 times then stopped. I went onto my Amex site and saw the payment showed pending 3 times . Clearly felt this was an error and that payment would reflect cancelled later Next day I added an item to my order and placed it with another bank card.
I hot my delivery from marks and spencer and did not place an order after that. Today I got messages from marks and spencer about an order being shipped so wondered which one and checked - it was for the one that showed cancelled . 1 time order of ₹2322 approx. Then we checked their website and saw that order went through and then checked my Amex site and all 3 payment which reflected cancelled and pending , have been taken by you. WRONG WRONG WRONG. Please did this and cancel these payment transactions . Very upset .

Unmatched services along with unparalleled customer assistance since I am associated with Amex. Seven Happy and fully satisfied years. Whenever and wherever need arises Amex is there. All the tele-executives are keen in providing you solutions to your queries, are very well behaved, passionate, knowledgeable and their command over Hindi and regional languages is in no way less than their flawless English language.
