Quite good.

I have been using this app to order my weekly groceries since past one year in Bangalore. It has been pretty good so far, deliveries are always on time. Products have been delivered in good condition, there was just a blooper once or twice where the price of the product was show way too less and after it got delivered it was charged on the original MRP, also once the quality of bread was very bad. But, after opting for the exchange option, the delivery man picked up the rotten stuff back and I got my refund back which was fair, but only if they could replace the refund with the product in a better condition would have been more helpful. Never mind, the no question policy while returning is also not that bad. Over all, I like how it works which is why I have now upgraded to the bbstar membership which has its own perks.

Worst online grocery service

Deliberately trying to fool customers. I placed order 2 days back and the delivery guy contacted me only once to confirm my address. He was just a society away from me and he said he couldn’t find my address and left for another location without even informing me. Then i contacted customer care and they told he cannot come now so rescheduled my order to next day morning slot and i received confirmation message that i would receive my grocery in morning slot. Next day i waited entire day but no call no word from them, infact i tried to contact them but they no response and then later last night somehow call matured to customer care and they said they misplaced order so would replace and order and get it delivered next day evening slot ! This is not enough now what they did was removed one of my item from the list without informing me ! I called them several times to get it included and they were saying its not available any more finally they added it i dont know how they managed or how they were fooling me before that! Finally today order was deliver on time and delivery guy reached my address without even calling me (dnt knw how he got my address which 2 days ago he was not able to get). Now they delivered wrong item and delivery boy was saying item is same as ordered i dont understand how these guys are running this app! So irresponsible and rude guys ! Bad experience!

Worst service and customer support

I ordered an item 2 days before and got a wrong item delivered yesterday. I called the customer care to get my item replaced with the correct item. He said that a person will come to collect it and reordered the item on my behalf. I was supposed to get the item today but I wasn’t there at home when the delivery executive had come. So I got a call from the customer support telling that the delivery executive is at my address so I told him that I will be there after 1 hour. I asked them to give it to the security guard and that I will collect it from there. I got a message later telling that the item got delivered. I checked with the security guard and he said that the delivery executive had come to my apartment but he didn’t give any item to him. So I called the customer support again and spoke to Firoz and he promised to give a call back within 20 minutes but and I didn’t get any call back for 45 minutes. I called the customer support again and spoke to him about the issue and told that I need to talk to their superior officer. He said that he will do so and kept my call on hold for 3 minutes and then cut it off. What an amazing experience I have had! I wished there was an option for 0 star!
