Chalo - Live Bus Tracking App 4+

It’s way way better compared to cityflo which is small, the seats are uncomfortable, small windows that are anyway covered with branding, it smells at times. Somehow one doesn’t feel fresh after getting off the bus. Chalo is a big bus with extremely comfortable seats, wide windows and charging points.

However, it QPP lacks a user friendly interface. It’s a search feature is extremely poor. It doesn’t optimise well for search by way of destination too. They need to learn lessons from cityflo that has an extremely easy interface and search functionality.

I have been using this app for a few weeks and I must say that it is very easy to use and navigate. The app has a simple and intuitive interface that lets me access all the functions with just a few taps. The app also has a lot of useful features that make my life easier specially for local commuting.

However, the app is not perfect and there are some features that I wish it had. For example, the app does not have a dark mode option, which would be nice for using the app at night or in low-light conditions. The app also does not have a search function regarding bus routes and their expected ETA timings at a particular location, which makes it hard to find bus options and to track online. The app also does not support multiple languages, which limits its usability for people who speak different languages.

I hope that the developers of the app will listen to the feedback of the users and add these features in the future updates. I think that the app has a lot of potential and can become even better with some improvements. I would recommend this app to anyone who is looking for a convenient and user-friendly app for local bus commuting, but I would also advise them to be patient and wait for the app to evolve.

Very impressed with this app. It shows accurate information in terms of live location and density of the crowd in the bus. The bus routes and stops may not be as accurate so check with the locals if possible dont rely completely on the app if you are travelling somewhere for the first time.
Moreover, one suggestion that I would have is a rating or feedback system for the conductors so that they learn to be a little respectful. Especially in mumbai, bus conductors have an unnecessary amount of superiority complex. The conductors have chosen this job for themselves and nobody has forced them into it so they should learn and follow the etiquettes of being in a service job. The bus drivers are also very rash and don’t follow traffic rules. A rating system would be helpful in keeping things monitored.
