Club Mahindra 4+

We are an old club mahindra member and are facing lots of issue while making a booking so as a result our days exceed the limits and expires . Recently I tried booking for Singapore and was shocked when I was told that 4000 rs per day has to be paid as a member .. why have we taken the membership ... also an asf of 15,000 per year for seven nights is already costing us around 2000 per day ... I am asking myself was it a wise decision to take this membership . When we present our grievances their is not a single call from club mahindra to solve our grievances . Only reminder for Asf will be coming . Instead of making new members of old members are happy Club mahindra will not have to spend so much on marketing . I believe restoring old members would automatically enhance new membership but sadly this is not the case .

I took the club mahindra membership during March 2022 through a referral of my family member. The sales person told me not to pay current year asf fee since I have joined through referral and he will redeem it through voucher.
But this has not been communicated properly to the central team and I am getting repeated calls from different numbers almost 5 days a week during working hrs and sometimes weekends too. So far I’ve received atleast 80-90 calls from different different numbers. Since I’m also looking out for job opportunities I’m forced to pick calls from unknown numbers and 90% it would be them. I have been repeatedly telling them about this but still they end up calling. And this sales person is not responding to my calls either.
The customer service is pathetic and irritating and they’re not working upon what they promised . I’ve been patient for all these days, sometimes I even tell in harsh manner to make a note of my details of this fee but still they do not bother to do.
I was promised about Club M select membership which gives different vouchers offers etc within 2 weeks of my membership and its been 3 months I haven’t received that either. There was another tie up with Rci and thats also not done. If this goes on I think I will have to cancel the membership and get my money back.

This program has scheduled in two parts. one part is their application and other part is their marketing myth. #App 🤮 - Resorts are not as per their categories in app as per North,South ++ Beach, Mountain etc. Kuch to Kam kar lo, ya fir itne paise me itna hi milega 😢 - You can’t even put photos for their particular resorts, shameful and you want us to book resorts without checking photos. Which century are you living techie?? - IF you search resort like Alibaug etc.. what the result says “No matching result found”. So My dear club Mahindra member please find resorts in the 100+ resorts list.🫣 My Dear member you have spent too much money, please spend some your time to search 😫 We are lazy as techie, We have deadline. Now time for their marketing people.🤑 - MR to member; Our resort can only book by our club Mahindra member😍. Reality - It is available for everyone, yes it’s true you can book from any website. - High Annual maintenance fees and not available resorts in peak season. In short,, If you are rich enough buy purple membership otherwise Dharamshala me reh lena, this will be more fun compare to this headache.🙏🏻
