The service of blue star customer care is very poor after making so many calls the guy from
Company came and dont know exactly what to do what is the problem in product he is very poor knowledge after one hour inspection than he call his senior and discuss the problem and they both fails to get the problem and just said there is a problem in blower motor and they ordered the motor and fix it
soon and then they took 20 days to get the product from company because they don’t have it in availability then after so many calls they put motor in inner blower and only after one hour only air conditioner has the same error again and stop working than i call them
Again they said we will solve the problem soon but again they were not able to make it on time and i am
Still waiting for the service guy to came and solve the problem even they make my ac in more worst condition now firstly its not working but now it makes so noise
My ac is new in model and in gurranty as well
The product i s very poor and the service is much more poor than the product this is my first time when i bought the product by blue star and the experience was very worst and in future i will never take any of the product by blue star even in free .

POOR PRODUCT

I am complaining of my inverter ac since 7th sep. and today is 21st sep. I called the customer care but still no reponse, I mailed on bluestarindia still no proper reponse and at last I have searched for a person on higher post in this company and luckily no reponse they keep saying we’ll send someone and your product will be repaired, there must be an option of 0star for bluestar. Bluestar executives don’t have any respect in the eyes service centers guys they always say “ hamne service center ko dobara forward krdia hai jaldi hi apki query solve hogi”and no one listens to them kn service center, I dont have any option except moving to consumerforum. Good luck bluestar.

Very tremendous job by customer care with eta “ASAP” to arrange service for more than month and without coordination with the vendor team. They don’t even dare to redirect call to the managers and they never call back.
The back end team cancelled my several tickets without reaching to me.
No luck even after connecting with the regional managers.
Better name it as black star.
