Cancelling order without attempting!!

(rating 5 not for customer service but for making customer a fool) (My genuine feedback: 4 star for the products I received before in first cry✌︎ and (-5) Minus 5 star for customer support☹︎) My order has not been delivered, It has been showing out for delivery for almost one week. I contacted them in all possible ways, but they have been giving the fake reason for non-delivery and I have complained about it in the app, and no actions have been taken. There is no customer service!!!!! The customer service they provided is ai even the calling service!!! Very disappointed. Don't order in the first cry if you need the product urgently or within a time limit. They will make you a fool.. I have tried to contact them all the way I could.. No response has been given👎👎. They do not provide any customer care services like talking or messaging a human being instead they placed an AI and they keep saying the same thing without addressing our concern. so how can we trustworthy order in an online Shopping platform like this!!! If it is mistake from shipping services, please do address it… I have read several reviews similar to me.. Consider customer feedbacks I have also mailed at the email ID provided in the other similar reviews and they again replied to me by an auto-generated mail☹︎.. Dear customers, we are fools!! and probably I would get a reply to this review “ apologies for making fool of you” :(

Customer care response was quick but there should be an option to talk to customer care executive

Yup, here i am updating my negative review. Yes they didn’t provide direct customer executive call facility but they replied my mails promptly, And resolved my issue.👍🏻
Here was my original review...
If there was zero or negative star rating available I would have preferred that. You completely misled me. I ordered a partywear suit for my baby which clearly mentioned 7 days return/ exchange on its page. Now after delivery, you are showing no option for return, instead popping a message that this product is non returnable. What are you thinking that we are fools? And worst, there are no way to talk to their customer care executives, out of 3 given numbers ( which are not available on app , you have to search it on google) only one is working that too tell you- is route ki sbhi line vyast h... what a shame... zero ratings. And i will strongly consider to go to even consumer court if forced so

Worst customer support experience ever

There is no proper channel for addressing customer concerns and issues. An exasperated customer could only drop mails and await days altogether for a hint of response! I received a defective baby moo Mini Cooper ride on electric car which is at present listed at 22k!! It doesn’t have a warranty!! And there is no prior safety check done before delivery of the product!! The car wouldn’t turn putting the child on the car at immense danger!! They do business putting little kids to risk, what if someone places a child on this car which would not turn and crashes onto an obstacle ahead??? No body bears responsibility for it?? Even a hand blender and a silly toy from china has a warranty on it, why is a branded item with a price tag of 15k doesn’t have a warranty??? Especially when it involves the safety of the child???? frustratingly enough I cannot even drop a review without it being scrutinised by first cry! Why is it so? An MNC can do anything, per se control feedback too and say that it is their policy? no parent would have to waste their money just to put their child’s safety to risk. Somebody should expose the hypocrisy of an MNC that markets itself as a child care brand but when push comes to shove hides under policies it creates for itself!! Endorsing products that are literal safety hazards!!
