Freshwork just adding features without any quality supervise
We are having a terrible experience with Freshchat, the automation is not working properly, randomly reacting.
We have been losing customers since last 1 year with these freshchat troubles.
All queries are turned to tickets and then no solution is coming out of it because of your useless techteam.
You guys have thousands of support executives but no one to resolve the basic issues needed to retain users.

Horrible support experience
I have been following up with Freshchat support team (Suvetha Gopirajan) for almost a month now . This agent and the whole support team experience has been horrible . I have not received resolution on my query till date. After sending multiple follow up emails, I just get to hear we are working on it? REALLY??? is the freshworks support team so inefficient now that even a months time is not sufficient to answer a simple query????? Extremely POOR AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. I would rate -1 for such pathetic support.
