Check loan status does not work
I tried entering details for checking my loan status before which the app sends OTP to verify but OTP is never received and I am stuck in the sign in page itself.
Tried same from web page as well but it is same Otp is not received.
Please fix this asap
No online payment option for loan closure
HDB are you living in 1990s?? there is no online option to pay back the loan, we can close only visiting the branch??
I raised ticket multiple times to give a solution as I can’t visit branch, requested multiple times to give an online option, but never received positive response, no matter what I should visit branch it seems. This is pathetic service from HDB asking me to visit branch taking time out from my schedule. Please close your organisation if you cannot provide basic facilities, do not cause trouble to people and waste their time and money.

Unnecessary Charge
HDB financial service is a fraud service. They take unnecessary charge even my emi is complete then also they charges me rupees like 295 or 485 every month which is unnecessary. Even after having sufficient balance in my account, these people charge late fine for EMI which is unreasonable and fraud as well. And whenever i tried to contact them they have only excuses like we have server problem,our service is not working and they inform me later
