Good Initiative by Zomato
Finally Zomato has put an end to all our raw material sourcing problems. Great initiative! App is user friendly and able to manage my stock level. Hyperpure has helped me a lot to control on cost as well as on manpower. My only suggestion is not to increase the price constantly else everything is good.
A BIGGGG NOOOO
Their staff recruitment is the sadest when it comes to delivery drivers. Most of them are thieves, each then they bring an order they leave something in the vehicle n only on through count they bring it out n give.
Next Up - their customiser care is a waste of time. U cal them for anythin they ll ask u to write a mail to support. I mean why is a customer care executive even pointed to take calls when they hav to redirect you to write a mail, instead your should nit link ur app to a customer call number but put an email I’d to contact n leave
Next - Horrible back end. Emails don’t get a reply. I hav mailed my concern twice in last month and hav nit got a reply till date. P.S iv check my spam box also.
Best is to look for your product distributor on google n get in touch with a distributor instead of ordering g at Hyperpure.
Hyperpure in Bangalore is only 10/10 face value.

And of you don’t believe me try ordering a small order. And if the order is goofed up run behind ur money or best is forget it.

Hyperpure is a scam
They charged me and did not send the item , I was charged 3900 and they didn’t send half of the item. And prices are normal , once gst is added it will come to the price of the local markets
They are scamming you , do not buy anything from Hyperpure, they won’t send , I did not receive my item worth 3900 and talking to there customer service is utter waste, all the ask you to wait from past 10 days and the I have raised says refund rejected and they have closed my ticket
Not only they scam you like this , they won’t give any refund too
Hyperpure is a big time scam , be careful guys.
