No back button on some pages. Settings suddenly change to default. Need to change settings almost each week. I don’t need sms updates for each transaction. Had turned it off last week. Didn’t get for few days but again received it today. So need to open app to change setting again today. Got prompted for feedback nelson r I had made 10 transactions. Tried pasting this note in feedback. But guess what the back bottom not available on that page and Share feedback button also not working. Buggy app I guess. Please work on the user experience. Both back end settings and the front end app interface.

When Sodexo can be used only on foods, it becomes very essential these days. And instead of cards / managing cards for pin you need this app very much. And imagine a scenario you have been waiting to get logged in to pluxee india ios app for almost 6 months from now. There have been several updates but nothing resolves the issue. Clearly the app is not usable. How long it’s gonna take for a login module to work. With a very unpleasant interface of login backend mechanism aren’t works, it asks for OTP , even upon a correct OTP it’s not logging me in. ( issue i am facing ever since i installed this app) does this development undergoes proper testing?? We had our money crediting every month to your Sodexo wallet’s and you takes care of no one uses it for anything. Is this a way to bump up your wallet for higher interest rates ? With your 100M customer base, each one holds their monthly food allowance of 100$ unused for just 1 week, it gives you the plenty of amount as interest. Hence be mindful of the service you have committed in and SLA to work on these crucial features.

This is in regards to The Zeta Meal card . I am unable to login my Zeta. Even after sending several of emails Zeta is not even making an attempt to contact me. I am facing issues to relogin to my Zeta app on a new device. First of all not accepting the passwords, after doing forgot password it says Emailed ID not registered, Then trying to retrieve with Contact no , it says Number not registered. It gives a contact and email to get in touch with us. No. Is not reachable and emails are ignored by Zeta team. How do I get my issue resolved????? Just received 1 email from Mittal Karia on 19 Jul, saying our agent will get back to you within 24 hours. No revert back till date… This is getting soo dayum irritating…. Soo much of inconvenience to pay for meals in the Company. This is totally not acceptable. That the purpose of the meal card is not getting utilised for what it has to be used….I want this resolved in anyway by today. The worst customer Service ever!!!! no doubts the meal card is amazing but the Customer Service and Response by The team of Zeta is Zero or even Negative Rating!!!

Worst ever app I’ve used. The initial deductions for Pluxee for a corporate employee happens immediately in the first month without you even opting for it. Now they promote you take the card as your first month credit in the card is already there. Now you can’t use the card because no restaurant accepts it, no apps accept it. If you go to Pluxee app, the apps inside Pluxee behave in a wired way of not showing products which are normally available in the other app, e.g. Big basket! So you can’t use Pluxee for the apps which are available within it. Ultimately you are not using the money and the amount is just stuck in that card. After some time Pluxee starts deducting Rs 20/- every month. You sit and allow the deduction to happen as you cannot use the card, as no merchant accepts it. Finally Pluxee gets your first month’s meal coupon in their account (which was part of your first month’s salary). You sit there and observe as you cannot do anything about it! This is Pluxee card ! Horrible and disgusting!
