Dealer Locator: You may search Hero authorised dealership and workshops based on State/City or your location. Service Booking: Service booking can be done with the help of this app. User can select the two-wheeler to be serviced, select the workshop and submit the request. Hero Products: User may check the complete range of Hero products and download the specifications. Tips: Maintenance schedule of hero two-wheeler is available under this section. Map needs improvement

Overall app is smooth. But Maps shows route for cars and we cannot change it need options like select bike or car route. Map connectivity unreliable every time I have issue getting map displayed on bike. It would be better if it just supported google maps rather. Hope they fix it soon as the only area that needs alot more polishing as its completely unusable right now

App is getting crashed while using navigation feature

I recently updated to iOS 18, and unfortunately, the app has become almost unusable due to a persistent crashing issue. Specifically, the navigation feature is causing the app to crash every time I try to use it. This issue seems to have arisen only after the update to iOS 18, so I suspect that the new iOS version may have introduced some compatibility issues with the app.Whenever I attempt to use the navigation function, the app freezes for a few seconds before unexpectedly closing. It doesn’t matter whether I’m entering a destination manually or selecting a previously saved location—each time, the app crashes. I've tried restarting the app, reinstalling it, and even rebooting my device, but the problem persists.This issue is incredibly frustrating, especially since the navigation feature is essential for my day-to-day tasks. Given how important this feature is to the app’s overall functionality, it’s disappointing to encounter such a major bug.

Hello Sir, my name is Rahul. Today, I got my Xpulse bike checked at Hero Jyoti Motors because of a noise coming from the chain. Your mechanic told me that the chain sprocket needed to be replaced, so I followed his advice and had a new one installed. However, even after changing it, the noise is still there. When I brought this up, the mechanic behaved rudely and claimed that even new bikes make that sound. Upon further inquiry, the staff informed me that the person I was dealing with had already left on leave. Furthermore, when I got the manager’s number from the staff, he did not pick up my calls. Despite all this, I am being told to come back another day because the specific staff member is away.
