I recently had a very bad experience with book my forex. The overall process is flawed and the whole commitments are false. I have online ordered for Forex card and currency together and paid refundable deposit for both but the executive placed the order as separate orders and then due to technical glitches they were able to process only one and cancelled the other order and asked me to place another order. They have not yet refunded me the whole amount and deducted a portion of refundable security without any issue from my end. They quote the initial price very less and then take the multiple charges in the name of service charge, payment gateway charge etc. further, the commit for same day delivery however, they don’t have any control on channel partners. It’s upto the wish of channel partner when they want to deliver. I have already sent multiple emails to them for refund but there is no response yet from their end. Be careful while placing the order with Book my forex.
