I’m extremely happy to buy World Class Sports equipment & wear at such affordable prices! I believe it’s no less than a revolution for Indians with normal and low Indian salaries, who have sports as their passion. Most of my track pants and sweat shirts are Decathlon products. My Himalayan Trekking - low & high altitude is mostly Quechua & Forclaz by Decathlon. The staff of the Decathlon store is super excellent and very knowledgeable. Few names that come to mind are Thapa & Dheeraj of the Mountaineering section in Gurugram store. Aftab in the Delhi store gave some excellent tips. I have learnt a lot from these young staff, some of whom are national level sports persons. I ordered an Adjustable Dip Bar TS 100 on the 31st August, made the payment online and was given 6th September as delivery date. There was no update from Decathlon till 6th so I called them and the customer service executive guaranteed that the product will be dispatched within 24 hours. These calls went on for a week and I was asked to wait for the next 24 hours or 48 hours everytime. I was told that a complain has been put in and my order has been put in priority list and everything. After almost a week of calling them everyday I called them again to know the status and I finally get to know that the order was cancelled from their end on the 4th of September itself. There is still no update on the app, neither have I received any update via message or email that a refund has been initiated or that my order has been cancelled. The app still shows that my order is confirmed and will be delivered by 06th September 2021. So my money is stuck, I am not receiving the product that I had been waiting for since July (it was out of stock before august) and decathlon customer service has been of 0 help.Decathlon has given me the worst experience faced on an online shopping app. I will not recommend anyone to order anything from their online portal or app atleast.

First of all - I've been buying decathlon products for a long time now mostly form their stores. Totally satisfied with the products but app is whole different story. Tried using app for the first time and it was an awful experience. The thing that annoyed me the most was the constant spam of “Turn on notifications”, please give us an option saying “Don't ask again”. Its frustrating that such simple thing not being there can ruin you experience. It was so hard to browse products when you’re getting spammed with offer deals and notification windows every couple seconds. Another thing I’d like to add is that every time i had to go the homepage, i had to go back like 10-15 times. Add home button on top left or something that’ll help our browsing experience. Also the fonts being different on different windows was jarring aswell. Hope these issues will get fixed soon!

I've had the most frustrating experience with the Decathlon app. It's riddled with bugs, and what's even worse is the complete lack of response from customer service. The app claims to offer customer support, but it's anything but proper. I've sent multiple messages and inquiries, yet I haven't received a single response.The coupon codes they provide are utterly useless. It's as if they're intentionally misleading customers. On top of that, I recently made a purchase totaling over 3k, only to find out that there's a hefty ₹50 delivery charge. This is just deceptive marketing – first, they entice you with discounts and offers, and then they hit you with hidden charges.One of the most infuriating experiences is when they advertise a deal to get two products with a discount, but as soon as you add them to your cart, the discount disappears into thin air. It's a blatant attempt to fool customers into making purchases they wouldn't have made otherwise.Honestly, I expected more from a brand like Decathlon. This app has left me thoroughly disappointed and frustrated. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone unless they enjoy wasting their time and money.Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your sports and outdoor needs. Decathlon's app is a prime example of how not to treat customers and provide a functional shopping experience.
