I am impressed with the way the booking and delivery process was done... I shall talk about the people who were helpful during the booking and delivery process and then about the vehicle ... Nimitha is very kind and humble .. helped me with the available vehicle information as per her database . Helped me with the booking process and was on the call with me throughout and made sure the booking process is smooth .. Next , the delivery executives Mohammed Siddiq and Arafath were humble and vehicle was delivered promptly the next day .. no delay at all . Regarding the vehicle , I have booked a Fascino for a month. The vehicle is not in a great condition. Slightly noisy. And one of the mirrors isn’t sturdy. I suggest that the technicians/ mechanics should service the vehicle very well before sending it out for delivery. I understand this is lockdown time but better servicing of the vehicles Is needed ... I was in touch with executive Siddiq and he ensured smooth delivery of vehicles. I even extended a month of the trip and Siddique ensured the pick up of the vehicle smoothly

Worst ever experience!!!! We visited their office during the working hours, however the extremely unprofessional staff asked us to book through the app and pointed his finger out of the office.We went to their website mentioned pickup locations since it was nearby and we booked a total of 3 different bikes from 2 different locations and everything was prepaid and we were assigned with two of their staffs as well. We waited there for almost 2 hours, however, neither the staff’s contacted as nor they answered our calls. Finally we managed to call an executive and explain the situation and the only answer we received was that their working hours is passed by. At this point, we were denied the vehicles that we prebooked because of their (we believe the deliberate) lack of service. Since it was urgent, we even offered to pick up the bikes and staffs from their residence and drop them off as well, however, they adamantly said No! After-all this hassle, it keeps on getting worse when we requested for a refund and the customer care called us and informed no refund is possible as per their policy. It took several other hours to finally make them promise a full refund for their unprofessional conduct. Gladly, we received the refund back in 1-2 days, however, the time and energy went behind this process was a total waste and the trip we planned had to be cancelled as well. So we would like to call them #Fraudbrothers rather than their misleading name Royal brothers!!!
Deteriorating and with a lot of disappointment I am uninstalling the app

My relations with royal brothers started with a regular customer- service provider terms and apparently decent bikes in moderately high price (check their taxes and all). Still it went on for it being the only options for me in whole day plan. But for last year I am facing trouble in every booking which is ending today. Faulty start of scooties, blaming for broken tail light which was broken when I received (I would had to pay money that day if I have not taken snaps of bike condition before taking the bike) and today tire puncture for which I had to pay 1150 extra (plus the petrol I filled up which also got wasted). I understand it can happen for a lot of reason. But if I have to stay concern for every single booking that I might have to pay extra for any mid road situation ( which I faced before due to short circuit in start button) I must say it’s better not to book to avoid such extra headache. Atleast when I am paying such high tariff there should be a proper maintenance of regular bikes and atleast they can take care of a separate roadside assistance ( last time when the scooty broke we had to wait 2 hours for getting help and we were middle of Bangalore). So it’s better to use auto coz ultimately on a long run I am paying more money and there is extra headache. Highly disappointed.
They don’t service their vehicles properly at all. Highly unsafe

I had booked an apache rtr 160 which when i took wasn’t starting. On asking the officials, they started it for me by pushing it and starting and mentioned issue would be resolved when fuel is added. I filled fuel-and got it home. Next morning the vehicle isnt starting. There is no kicker either. Had to call on road support who took 2 hours to come. Battery had gone bad as well as some internal components. I had to help the guy tow the vehicle back to the garage in indiranagar.Another booking, I had booked an activa 6g and the vehicle given had the fuel tank valve jammed. After driving all the way the petrol pump had to drive back and got it replaced , but this time with one without speedometer or fuel gauge working.None of their vehicles are serviced on time and so if you are taking a commuter or a common ‘not high end’ vehicle you’re gonna face issues. What if this had happened to me in the middle of the highway. Even high end vehicles arent serviced - just that those vehicles have better parts so they last longer without trouble.Very unsafe.
