Recently i have faced one stupid thing done by nyka man! Very disappointed with the service! I have ordered one jacket when it was in stock with required size! They also gave me delivery date. On the delivery date they said the product is not available in stock! How is it possible? When I ordered it was there ! I supposed to gift someone this jacket on occasion of birthday! Dear nyka please tell me how can i trust you again? When i wann gift something from your app?

Delay in order

Do not order from this app anything. I placed an order on 4th September 2025 the order reached my city till 7th but it was not delivered. since 9th sept they started calling me every alternate day saying the same thing your order is in transit and we will deliver it by next 2-3 days anyhow. This went on till 17th. Then they called and said they don’t know what is wrong and I should initiate cancellation and the refund process. I cancelled the order still app is saying my order is in transit and will be delivered by 21st. Also they have RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE that don’t know anything and will provide you with no solution at all. They offered me a 200 rupees coupon in repercussion which is not yet sanctioned after i waited so long and also i cant use it as my order was above 3000. Also when today i called their cudtomer care they said I should call them again once the refund is initiated to get my coupon. OVERALL NO SOLUTION TILL TODAY. I am NEVER GOING TO USE THIS APP AGAIN AND I URGE EVERYONE READING THIS TO NOT USE THIS APP AT ALL, BETTER BUY FROM SOME OTHER PLATFORM THAT TREATS CUSTOMERS WELL AND UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF TIME. I WILL PERSONALLY TELL MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY LIVING IN UDAIPUR TO NEVER USE THIS APP. I TOLERATED FOR SO LONG THAT SOME DELAY IS OK BUT THEY LITERALLY MAKE YOU FEEL MISERABLE.
