Very very bad experience,I have installed app and add my account but actually I have two accounts but in app only one can login another account can not add,even I have deleted my older account but still it is available and new can not add,I have visited Malabar store but they can’t help me,because they don’t have idea how it happen…..Very baddddd😨

One of the worst apps I’ve used. Whenever the gold price falls, the app does not allow me to make payments towards my gold scheme. When I contact customer support, they simply say that there is high traffic on the app.What is frustrating is that the payment option only seems to become available again once the gold price increases. This has happened multiple times, making it appear as though the app is intentionally restricting payments when prices are lower.Whether this is a technical issue or by design, it creates a poor customer experience and raises concerns about fairness and transparency. Based on my experience, I would not recommend opening a gold scheme with them.

Hats off to the team for creating such a defective and frustrating app. From the moment it opens, the experience is awful- the branding video and theme are downright ugly. The gold rate tab is even worse- there’s no dropdown for the city field, yet it keeps throwing an alert to “select from the dropdown” when I enter a valid city like Chennai. How the hell is anyone supposed to select something that doesn’t exist? The only saving grace is the payment gateway, which at least works smoothly. Everything else is riddled with bugs, glitches, and the worst UI/UX I’ve seen, making the app nothing but a source of pure frustration.

This app has lot of good features and I like it a lot but the performance of this app is very unstable. The app works well one day and key on throwing errors the other day. No clear message about what the issue is misleading at times and unnecessary waste of time. I request the team to make sure the app is stable. One quick example is, I was able to login and make payment few weeks back but last 2 days am kept on trying to login and it says account unable to fetch… what that it means ? I tried resetting the password but still doesn’t work. Very very poor app…
