Worst customer service and worst sales person. Until we buy they act like providing the best service and as soon as you buy they literally stop answering calls and when I reached out to customer support no response from there side . Until we buy everything will be fine but after buying the real issue starts . If I book service for today the technician will get allocated after 10 days . And customer support keeps saying we are escalating and keeping it in urgent resolution but nothing works out . I literally regret buying from such a company who can’t even provide a basic service to their customers. Please don’t buy anything from eureka Forbes . They are literally scamming customers. It’s like me paying money and I’m only suffering because of it . Better try any other brand never buy from eureka Forbes

I had a filter replacement done last week on 11th Nov 24, the service repairman came and changed the filters. He told me that we need to pay AMC renewal before he even touches my purifier. I agreed to pay the subscription, he then changed the filters and broke the TDS filter while changing the filters. I asked him to replace, he left saying that he needs to get the TDS filter from his office since he does not have it with him. I agreed and he promised to come back the next day. I called him several times the next day he didn’t pick up the call, I then reached out to service number. They said they got the part and they will be sending a technician the same day but no one came. I have called them multiple times and no one picks up the calls. I managed to call them today and they said the same thing that the TDS filter is not available and they fill get back to me in 2 days. It has been more than 10 days and my Water purifier is unusable after multiple calls. I asked them about the same and they told me that I should have renewed AMC offline instead of through the app for faster service. Now I have a water purifier that I cannot use, I already paid AMC amount to them and no one is servicing my purifier. This is terrible behaviour from all the staff at the company. Please someone take this on a priority and fix the same asap. This is terrible service that you guys are providing to your customers.

Dear Eureka Forbes Customer Care, I am writing to express my frustration and dissatisfaction with the service provided by Eureka Forbes concerning the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for my water purifier. I recently paid for the AMC, which was supposed to cover the replacement of purifier candles and ensure proper maintenance. However, the service I have received so far has been far from satisfactory. Despite my payment for the AMC, the quality of service has been extremely poor. No service personnel have visited my home to replace the purifier candles or perform the necessary maintenance checks. I have made several attempts to contact your customer service team, but there has been no meaningful response or action taken to resolve this issue. This lack of service is unacceptable, especially after I have already paid for the AMC. I am highly disappointed with the way this situation has been handled and am beginning to regret my decision to choose Eureka Forbes for my water purification needs. I strongly advise against purchasing any products or services from Eureka Forbes, as the level of service and customer care has been nothing short of disappointing. I demand immediate action to address this issue. Please arrange for the necessary service to be completed at the earliest. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the issue further.

Aquaguard as a popular brand bluffing with customers. Found the new product as defective. Company took 15 days to replace even if it was a brand new product and the technician found the issue while installing after opening from the brand new box. Now after 1 month again I found the issue with the Aquaguard water purifier machine or May be with the adaptor. From last 7 days I raised 3 complaints with customer care. Talked to local service provider 5 times and team is saying due to personal problem technician is not able to visit my place, ordered adaptor which can be replaced but they don't know when the adaptor will come and they will replace at my place, technicians are not available due medical reasons, due to raining technician is not able to visit my place and so many other unnecessary reasons to make delay. Due to this issue I am drinking direct tap water which can be injurious to health and I am not getting any valid or proper response neither from customer care or local service provider in Bhubaneswar. This is horrible and I never face this kind of issue before with any other brand or product
