Don’t use this App it completely Waste of money

I created an account in iMudra app and transferred my money to that account. But I can’t use that money anywhere for any payments. Now that’s money completely useless. Then I reported this issue to their support team, But they didn’t solve the issue anymore. I recommend you to don’t ever download this app. It will make your money useless.

Iam facing problem and fedup with IRCTC iMudra app, I done my transaction from wallet( money added) and after few days my account blocked and OTP not receiving from last 2 Montha iam chatting with help care they asks me many details like NumberTransaction dateKYCBank statement Card which is used for transaction.Iam given all details which they are askingStill they Are not going to Activate my Wallet How can I provide CARD DATAILS as per RBI no need to give BANK CARD DETAIS.Finally my entire money which are in wallet not able to get back.VERY VERY POOOOOOOOOOOOOOR SERVICE.POOR service from this app and balance in wallet finally lost.This once before installing this app.Werst app

I have been facing issues for like 6 months now and the customer support can’t do anything about it. You can add money to the wallet without any restrictions but to withdraw...Nope! You can’t. My money is stuck in this wallet for 6 months. iMudra Customer support blames Federal Bank and Federal Bank blames iMudra. I m telling you, once you add money into this wallet, its not yours anymore. Never use this app. I repeat, NEVER.
