Booking Online/ through the App - A Painful experience

Having booked online using the 30 % discount vouchers the properties where booked are totally not in Synch . They were clueless about the booking Insisted on our producing the paper vouchers Making all sorts of excuses to pass along the 20 % discount on f& B On contacting the club marriott invariably each one of those were found to be ill trained , didn’t provide accurate information and having wasted on an average at least 20 minutes with each one of them in the end the exercise was futile, they turned out to be absolutely useless.

App which misguides!

App and the restaurant are 2 different entities which people should remember! This year had bad experience from both unlike last time!I had a Club Marriott member for 2 yrs… Stopping from this year because of the below: Apps benefits certificates misguides you to use them but they are not valid at the restaurant. It allows you to use 2 certificates but they are not valid at the restaurant. Very difficult to book a room with 50% off. Very confusing and when you send out a mail to customer support they don’t respond. When you call customer support for help, they are quite arrogant! I have only see them showing respect when they call you to renew the membership! I have referred and had given good reviews to people and made them get a Club Marriott membership but going forward that’s going to change. One thing to remember, Customer Service is the only thing which is going to fetch you good customers!

I’ve been using the Club Marriott app for the past three years, and it has been a consistently smooth experience. The app is convenient, user-friendly, and has a clean interface that makes browsing offers and redeeming benefits very easy. What I particularly appreciate is how widely it’s accepted across many Marriott properties, making it genuinely valuable for frequent diners and travelers. Overall, a reliable and well-designed app that delivers on its promises.
Absolutely useless membership!

Every time I made a call to reserve the hotel using the certificates, I was told that the hotel is sold out. During the year I made 10+ inquiries regarding the stay and was told the same thing every time. So basically I paid the amount for a membership that I wasn’t allowed to use. And towards the end when I stated complaining, they promised me to give me a slot before the membership ended, and still didn’t keep up. The only certificate I used was a dinner service and both my stay certificates went to waste because of your service team! Didn’t even get an extension on the certificates, they said to extend the certificates you need to purchase another membership. Of course I wasn’t going to do that! Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone! Don’t waste your money!
