Customers who have purchased an IHMCL FASTag can download this myFastag App and ‘Link IHMCL FASTag’ with their bank account. Instant FASTag recharge through Unified Payments Interface (UPI) Any issuer bank’s FASTag can be now recharged through My FASTag App using UPI payment. You can create a New UPI ID instantly and pay/recharge through any of your bank accounts, or pay using any BHIM UPI App active on your mobile. Money gets transferred directly from your UPI linked bank account to your FASTag Wallet/Account. Note: Only the FASTag issuer banks which are live on UPI platform to accept FASTag reloads will appear in the list of banks in the App. • Customers who have purchased an IHMCL FASTag can download this myFastag App and ‘Link IHMCL FASTag’ with their bank account. • When user clicks on ‘Link IHMCL FASTag,’ system will ask for a reference number received on Email/SMS at the time of buying the tag from IHMCL FASTag vendor. • The mobile number & email ID provided by the customer at the time of IHMCL FASTag purchase should be active and available to complete the tag linking. • Customer’s bank must be live on NETC platform for linking with IHMCL FASTag

Pathetic and useless application

What a waste of time and efforts, i mean it keeps on showing buffering ring and always do the same for whole time, nothing you can do in this app except installing it watching it buffering for hours and uninstalling it after. I mean whoever made this might have forgot about it and never even completed it and its running software, its a shame for government that their app don’t even loads and let user use it except watching it while buffering, i am stunned to see reviews from 4 years back complaints about this same BUFFERING issue and till date it has not been resolved, looks like apple needs to remove such useless application from their store. And government should not need to make any application for the common people as they failed miserably in both, as a government and as a welfare of society. Pack of Pathetic govt. Programmers.

This app is completely useless. I honestly don’t understand if it’s even working on any phone. Sure, we expect some bugs here and there on specific devices, but when nothing works across mobiles, what is the point of even keeping it in the App Store? At the time of writing, the rating is already down to 1.5 stars, and after my own terrible experience, I can totally see why. If the core functionality doesn’t work, then this app has no purpose being here at all.

This is probably one of the worst apps I have ever used. It’s shameful that Indian government is so lazy to make a good app for fast tag users. The app is not even responsive and it just shows a loading symbol and doesn’t let me press a thing. It doesn’t even send OTP’s if I want to recharge so I’m stuck in a toll booth paying double the amount in cash. This is very stressful and they have to take serious action against this. The developers of this app don’t deserve to be paid a penny. Such waste of time and money 🤦‍♂️

This is probably one of the worst apps I have ever used. It’s shameful that Indian government is so lazy to make a good app for fast tag users.
