I’m based in Bangalore and use the Loop Health app for online consultation. Being a type-1 diabetic, I often require emergency consultation. Loop Health medical advisors and doctors are very prompt and reliable. They not only give advice regarding the medication to be taken but also give supplementary healthcare advice like dietary changes. Unlike conventional doctor visits, Loop Health doctors constantly stay in touch and guide you through the recovery process. It’s great to have someone check on you when you’re sick, especially when you’re away from home :)
Disappointed with Insurance Claim Handling

I recently received a claim settlement from the insurance team and was surprised by how the amount was divided. According to the explanation provided, only expenses related to an "unwell baby" are considered eligible for reimbursement. This raises a serious concern.Childbirth—regardless of whether the baby is well or unwell—is a medical event that takes place in a hospital under medical supervision. Denying claims on the basis that the baby was born healthy seems unreasonable and unfair. It almost implies that a normal delivery doesn't involve any medical care, or worse, that it could have happened without professional support, which is neither practical nor safe.I urge the concerned team to revisit and review this clause or interpretation. Parents deserve transparency and fairness, especially during such emotionally and financially significant moments.

This app is one of kind , and when I logged onto it I instantly was assigned a doctor to help me over a chat , and even a phone number in case of emergency . The consultancy chat was helpful and assuring and they have various doctors with their specialisation and experience which is very reliable.
