I did face few problems in the documentation in the beginning but had a very good support from Sapna who assured me that I will get the visa on time and I did receive my visa before the scheduled date. Because of her assurance I did not panic which led to a very smooth process. They do charge a fee but I can assure it is worth paying for it as you get timely response from the team, get to know the current status of your visa by just few taps on the phone and most importantly you get your visa within the promised time. The best thing was my POC had informed me to not to pay anything extra at the VFS office as they try to cross sell which I would have done if I would have applied via any other agency or myself. This was the third time I had trusted Atlys for my visa and the team managed to grow the trust and relationship with me. Atlys believes in customer support and guaranteed timely delivery of visa. It is way better than any other visa assisting agency as those agencies try to create a fear in a traveller's mind of visa rejection but Atlys provides assurance and assistance of visa approval making it a hassle free experience.

All their investment seems to go into the app UI. It’s really nice. You feel like you can trust their services. But all the good things end at their front end.Now, when the actual work needs to happen, there’s no communication or intimation. Random courier folks will come to pick up documents which you have not even prepared yet! Then when you try to reach customer care you realise there’s no phone number. So you drop a note on chat, where it’s shown right at the top that you’ll get a response in a minute. I got no response for a couple of hours. So I dropped a few lines expressing my disappointment. I get a phone call then. I explained the situation about lack of communication or consultation and the random appearance of courier agents. By now I was convinced that I cannot go ahead with Atlys services. I requested that they cancel my application. If I get some money back then it’s great! And if not, it’s ok. It’s the cost of learning a lesson. Anyway, I thought this was the end of my association with Atlys. I was wrong! A courier agent came the next day! I had no clue what to give, and neither did the agent. I returned the empty Atlys box which was supposed to have my passport. There’s no way I am trusting an important document to folks who are probably not even directly employed by Atlys.Atlys has a long way to go to sort out operations. I don’t expect any money back. But I hope that money gets used to improve their ops. Would not want others to experience something similar.
