Sync and notifications issue, lift to view is very slow and doesn’t respond

The call notifications aren’t showing up and the settings for notifications always shows failed while setting up. Lift to view is slow to load and doesn’t respond most times. Even touch on the screen doesn’t awaken the screen.Provide repeat option for drinking water, option for washing hands isn’t useful at all.Upgrade to sync with health app, while the watch is not worn.

An average app in fitness tracking

The health/ fitness tracking features are pretty decent in the app. There are few major issues on user experience and ease of use. And Titan doesn’t seem to care about the users; obvious from the fact that the last app update was 8 months before.First it doesn’t connect automatically to Bluetooth in my phone and instead the user has to initiate it everytime. Second, the data sync with app is very patchy and you might to impair and pair the watch frequently. Thirdly, the default watch face view changes to the sport view screen during use aand you can’t access the Home Screen or notifications while in sport mode. It’s a maior issue in the app.

UI is very old and display has overlaps

Using this app from last 3 days. UI seems to be very old and is not up to the mark as compared to other fitness app. This should be more advanced if it is coming from the brand like TITAN. while purchasing my first smartwatch I have gone with the brand confidence but it fails me from UX point of view. In sports data dashboard I am not able to read the distance as it is overlapping with other displays. Please correct this at least first.

Lift to view not responding, step count Sync and Notifications sync issue

Lift to view is not working.Step count and walking distance sync issue.I got a brush of unread notifications when watch connects back to Mobile.I saw similar feedback’s but Titan is least care about it. As I can see last app update happened 4 months back.
