I wanted to send a gift and added wrong contact no by mistake and realized the same right after making the payment. I contacted their team multiple time right after making the order to change the contact no. I got no response. I also asked them to cancel the order otherwise, yet no response. I tried calling their customer care and requested for a call and received no call either. No doubt the products are top notch but Derma co needs to work upon its after sale service. Now the order shows that it has been delivered but it never reached the desired address because my request of changing the contact number was never taken into consideration. I don’t look to defame the company. But it’s just a genuine feedback you guys need to provide a better after sale service.
Worst service and worst customer care

I always ordered online and even I purchased lots of product of Derma. But, this time I received half order. They have the worst customer care service, they don’t care anything about the customer. I feel like a fool and wondering why I wasted my money on them. They show they have the ticket or mail thing but in actual they don’t have and they even don’t show any ticket if or chat history. I connected with customer care guys multiple times and every time I received an excuse and now they are saying we delivered the product but in actual they don’t. First-say it’s delivered, then say it’s rejected and not delivered then say we delivered. Completely nonsense, even they didn’t track it, not checked the delivery or so, none of them. I was keep saying them I received partial order and not complete order, one product is missing. But, they keep saying we can’t do anything. Seriously man, how can you do that to your customer. Are we fool? I ordered multiple orders from a years and never raised issues. First time I asked them that I didn’t received the product and they just ignored. Worst worst worst experience, this is worst customer care I have seen in my life. I’ll never order from you. And I’m sure you don’t care still, because you think customer care is stupid.

I have ordered 3 products from derma co sunscreen , foundation and face serum, This was my first order with derma co as I thought the products are doctor friendly so wanted to try. Products are good but the service of this company is worst. My order was place on 9th may and the delivery date was 13th may before 6pm. Later my order was late but I didn’t received any communication from company. Then for confirmation I called customer care but their customer care representative was so rude as was acting like as if she doesn’t care If i cancel the order. I still waited for 2 days. Then I received a mail from delivery agent that my parcel will be delivered tomorrow, same time I received an mail from derma co company stating that my order has been cancelled due to delivery company cannot reach to my location….. i means whats happening????. I received my order today but the products they gave me was previous year manufactured. Foundation expiry date is july 2026 and it is manufactured in 2023. This was not at all expected from such good and know brand. These people should change the delivery partner soon. Not a good experience with the company and order from official website. Will try for some other brands instead.

I ordered products from Derma during a “Buy 2 Get 2 Free” sale on 20th March. However, my order was delayed by 10 days and was finally delivered on 30th March 2026.Out of the 6 items I originally ordered, I received only 2—and those were not even suitable for my skin. Instead of arranging an exchange and providing the correct products, the company initiated a refund.This feels unfair, as if I place the same order now, it will cost me significantly more. Additionally, the refund amount is not even complete.I do not want a refund—I want the exact products I originally ordered. Please look into this issue.
