It never shows the current status of the vehicle when we put the vehicle for servicing. the update only happens once when the car is fully repaired and out for delivery. and even on that update when we try to track. there is always this “service not available “ error pop up

I am writing to formally escalate an issue I experienced with a recent transaction on the MyKia mobile application. I had placed an order for three accessory items and ensured that all selections, including state and dealer, were correctly chosen during the purchase process. However, upon completing the payment, I noticed that the order was erroneously routed to other dealership instead of the intended dealer.This appears to be a serious flaw in the application’s payment routing system, and it raises significant concerns regarding the integrity and security of financial transactions processed through the platform.I strongly urge you to escalate this matter to the application development team for immediate investigation and resolution. Until this issue is thoroughly addressed, I recommend disabling or revisiting this functionality to avoid similar incidents for other customers.

**Completely Offline and Useless**The *My KIA India* app is designed to be entirely offline, which makes it incredibly inconvenient for customers. It only updates when the vehicle is serviced, offering no real-time information or support. This severely limits its usefulness, and as a customer, I feel let down. In comparison, the *Suzuki Rewards* app was far more interactive and functional, providing real-time updates and a much better overall experience. This app is simply not helpful in its current form.

I am Pavan. I own a Kia Seltos 2022 model. In this case, my father’s name is given and my mobile number is used everywhere for Kia related details. And as soon as I enrolled on this app I started receiving spam calls on my mobile number and I was asked if I am Mr. Krishnamurthy which is my dad’s name. I started wondering why is this happening. Later I realised this is the only place where I’ve given my mobile number and my father’s name. This is really ridiculous what Kia is doing!!
