Disappointed with the terrible service.

I ordered online and the payment was debited from my account, but I didn't receive any confirmation of the order. I was told that I would get a refund in 7 to 10 working days, and I did receive the refund within that time frame. The second time, I ordered through cash on delivery around September 11th, but I haven't received the order yet. I keep receiving notifications through text and emails saying that the residence was closed or locked, which is not acceptable because there is always someone at my residence. After connecting to customer care, I was informed that I would receive the order by dawn, but it has been two days since then and I still haven't received the order. I'm getting the same error notifications. This was my first time buying something from GIVA, and unfortunately, it will be the last. It was a huge disappointment for me.I mean, just think about it. If they are not capable of providing service to a new buyer, how will they provide service to an old buyer? If I had bought something from them previously and I want some kind of service for that particular product, how can I expect to receive any kind of service from them?

Worst customer service

It’s not even worth a 1 star. I went to a store and gave my necklace for replating. It was promised that the product would be returned in max 28 days. It’s been 2 months now. I have been calling and texting the store continuously. They don’t answer. I had to visit them multiple times. The reason they give for not picking up calls is that the store is very busy. Whenever I visit them, there’s hardly a customer there. The store has no idea where my product is. They keep telling me it’s in shipment, which they have no record of. They are just giving vague reasons. After confrontation, the store manager said “hm aapka 2000 ka product lekr bhaag thodi jaenge”. It isn’t about the money but all the energy I have to invest in calling and visiting the store again and again. I even tried customer care. They are not even able to provide a tentative date. So I asked them to just refund the amount, which is not possible according to them. Pathetic customer service. Never spending a single penny on them again!!
