Nice App but Wallet Lacks Credit Transaction Visibility

PayZapp is a good app, and it works fast. Earlier, it used to give great cashback offers which made it even better, though now those have stopped. The PayZapp wallet itself is amazing in terms of usability and speed. But here comes the big problem that there is no way to check if any money is credited to the wallet. You can only see debits, not credits. When I contacted customer care, their solution was simply to “keep checking your account balance,” which is ridiculous. No one keeps checking their balance every time, and no one remembers their wallet balance so accurately that they can cross-check it every single time. It is a basic feature that whenever money is credited to the wallet, it should be shown, just like debits are shown. On top of that, when money is debited, the app doesn’t clearly show if it was deducted from the wallet or directly from the main account, everything just gets dumped into the past section with no clarity. This is highly inconvenient and confusing. And the worst part? Customer care just brushed it off saying they are “working on it.” Honestly, I don’t think they are, because this is the most basic functionality that every UPI app already has. It’s frustrating, it’s careless, and it makes the wallet experience pathetic despite how good the app could be.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with PayZapp

I have been using PayZapp, believing that it would be a safe and reliable option since it belongs to the same bank I trust for my banking needs. Despite the app's outdated design and lackluster usability, I chose to use it, assuming that security and technical support would compensate for these shortcomings. Unfortunately, my recent experience has proven otherwise. Over two weeks ago, I encountered a technical issue and the journey to resolve the issue now not allowing me to login into my PayZapp account. I was expecting a swift resolution on the issue raised. However, what followed has been nothing short of frustrating. The technical issue appears to be on the server side, as confirmed by the error messages I receive when I try to login. Despite this, the support team has been unable to resolve the problem. Instead of addressing the issue, I have been repeatedly contacted by different support engineers who ask me to attempt logging in again, uninstall & reinstall the app etc. Each time, a series of login attempt fails, I am left locked out for 24 hours. To make matters worse, a support staff member reset the issue ticket, essentially restarting the clock on the ticket's timeline to avoid an SLA breach in their internal reports. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable and only adds to the frustration. It is disappointing that an app associated with a reputable bank lacks the technical expertise to resolve such issues. My trust in PayZapp has been severely shaken, and I cannot recommend this app to anyone who values reliable technical support and a seamless user experience.
