Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AadhaarBAS) application was created for all Government employees who are registered on the attendance portal to mark their attendance. The application allows all Government Officers/Employees to mark attendance on daily basis. This application is not for general public and only registered employees of the Indian Government Offices can mark their attendance. The employee must have valid Aadhaar number issued by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) for successful employee registration on the attendance portal. With the need of the hour, team has created software for FACE based Aadhaar authentication with UIDAI RD for attendance marking through Face Authentication. UIDAI RD checks the liveliness and UIDAI do the face matching. - This application works only in Indian IP Space (within the territory of Government of India). - The RD service of Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) i.e Aadhaar Face RD is used, which is available in the APP Store. - The application is not used by General Public. - The target audience for application usage are the registered users of the Attendance System only. General Attendance Marking Guidelines: 1. The individual marking attendance should ensure that there is Good Light on the face. 2. User should follow all the instructions shown on the UIDAI RD screen. 3. There should not be any multiple objects/persons in the background.

App is not working in some iphones

Dear NIC team , ( iphone 14 pro) after installation did everything but in location services aadhar bas app is not using ios location , so that it is unable to mark attendance due to location issues .i did hard reset , uninstalling and installing , network settings reset , location reset still it is not working kindly look into the bug which is causing this glich

What kind of non sensical app is this? We have our salaries based on this and it hangs every single day.The location proximity is very less and most of the times it shows error.Literally it takes so much time and effort to install and uninstall everyday. Atleast they should fix the bugs.From wherever you capture ur photo it tells the lighting is poor . Should we carry studio lights?

1.5 stars for an app created by the government of India, who have all the resources to create the best apps in the country. But what do they do, they give the responsibility to the lowest bidder or the highest under table payer without checking their credibility because there is no other way the government can function. This app is not for entertainment but our salaries are dependent on it and yet they have created the most mediocre app ever.

Another government mandated service (which my career attendance apparently depends on) which never works. Bugs are never fixed. It routinely hangs and crashes. Why even make such an app? If you can’t develop it, why bother putting it on the App Store? Why does NMC have to make something so hideous a compulsory step in logging attendance (a simple, mundane elementary task)?
