Overall the app looks promising. Aspects like - single dashboard vision of all our policies, ease of updation of bank account, PAN Card number etc. definitely stand out positively. However, the app can be quite glitchy at times. Many times clicking on one policy details, opens up another policy details window by error. Ample scope of improvement for this app.

This app completely oversteps its boundaries. It blocks you from even entering the app if you have legitimate, widely used remote desktop tools like AnyDesk installed on your phone.I understand wanting to prevent scams, but forcing a hard block with absolutely no option to "proceed at my own risk" is completely illogical and lazy development. Instead of building proper in-app security, secure login layers, or simple active-session detection, the developers took the absolute laziest route possible: holding the user's screen hostage and dictating what other completely legal apps they are allowed to have on their own personal device.We buy our phones, we manage our own risks. Forcing an uninstallation of a tool someone might need for their actual job just to check an insurance policy is a joke.Fix your design, give users a bypass option, and stop treating your entire user base like they don't know how to use a smartphone. Completely frustrating and unusable.

I attempted to use the LIC DAVE app, but the experience has been extremely disappointing from the very first step.The OTP process is highly unreliable either the OTP arrives after 10 minutes (by which time the session has already expired), or when it does arrive on time, the app throws an “Internal Server Error.” This completely blocks basic login functionality.I also tried Aadhaar-based verification, but that consistently results in the same “Internal Server Error / Temporary Issue” message. It appears that none of the core authentication methods are functioning properly.It is concerning that a financial institution’s app struggles with such fundamental features. Basic login and verification should be seamless, but here they are completely broken. I was not able to log in even once, so evaluating features, usability, or services is out of the question.Overall, the app feels poorly developed and insufficiently tested. Significant improvements in backend stability, OTP handling, and error management are urgently needed. At its current state, the app is not usable.

Update:The App is still not working properly after uninstalled and reinstalled again as suggested by App Developer team. Completely uninstalled. LIC’s web is more better than the mobile app. This LIC DIVE app is still struggling to authenticate its own registered users. The app is not user friendly and it’s not serving its very basic functionality. It’s giving the impression like the web app and mobile app is not querying the same replica of the server. Web app is working fine but the mobile app is keep on failing in its basic authentication step itself. It’s very easy to open LIC’s web app in mobile browser instead of opening this DIVE app in mobile.
