I’ve recently started using the FirstClub app for my grocery and daily essentials, and it’s honestly been a refreshing experience. What really stands out is their commitment to offering products without artificial colours or added sugar and it makes shopping feel much more thoughtful and health-conscious.The app is easy to navigate, and I like how curated everything feels compared to typical grocery platforms. It doesn’t overwhelm you with endless options, but instead focuses on quality choices.Delivery has been smooth so far, and the overall experience feels reliable. If you’re someone who cares about clean, healthier food options for your family, FirstClub is definitely worth trying.

I am using subscription model from last 3 months and never have been there a case when one week went smoothly without me spending precious minutes of early morning in trying to resolve the issue. Customer care is super slow. Sometimes feel like they are still operating on registers and need to check details from physical copies. It takes that much of a time to respond. Accounting systems are messed up. Unnecessary added layer of locking money in subscription. Not considering the spent money in subscription model as part of spending eligible for gifts. It’s like nobody is putting in effort to think through the process while making decisions and work on the loop holes of the superficial decisions taken. Not at all smooth when compared to blinkit. The only pros left are premium products and first club prop products like juices bowls etc. if anyone else replicates, I’ll be happy to move on. Work on your pain points otherwise all the money burnt to create stickiness will be a waste.

The app looks really clean but dig a little deeper, you find quite a lot of features not functioning properly. Product discovery is messy. There are a lot of products they offer but really hard to find them. They show a lot of cool banner showcasing brands, but nothing happens when you tap on them. Some products are not categorized properly and the search is finicky. It’s almost like you just need to know exactly what you want if you have to order from here. But for the products themselves are of good quality, which is a relief. And was never in the position to interact with their customer service, can’t comment on that.It’s just that the app has a looong way to go before I can start trusting it as my go-to for delivery.
