I am a regular user of Indigo app. The interface is great and it is really easy to book, cancel, complete web check-ins etc. it is a great app.My concern however is about premium services that Indigo provides such as fast forward and the new first in first out service. The fast forward service sometimes works well and you reach the flight without any hassle if you are boarding a large flight via the air bridge. However when you need to board a smaller flight it becomes almost useless as staff at different airports apply it differently. For eg: At Rajahmundry airport it is effective as the staff sends fast forward and the first few passengers on a separate bus. In Bangalore airport all the passengers are in the same bus so once you reach near the plane there is a queue, however fast forward boarding pass holders are allowed ahead even if it is a different zone being called. The worst experience was yesterday at Hyderabad airport. Fast forward and the passengers of the first zone were sent on a separate bus which was great but once we reached, There was a staff member called Bhyresh who was strictly boarding seat wise and did not let the fast forward customers on. There were two of us. He argued with both of us and although we reached in the first bus we had to start in the sun for a long time since he waited for the second bus with the rest of the passengers and boarded them as well. I am thinking of being selective in future about which flight to purchase this service on. The other premium service called first in first out is even worse. None I mean not even one staff member even knows what it is! Indigo we expect much more from you. I hope you take this feedback and do something about it. I am a blue chip tier 1 customer anda very regular user of your flights. Thank you.

Recently ,on 3rd July 24, I and my wife had the pleasure of flying Jaipur to Mumbai by Indigo Flight 6E2719, with Captain Anita at the helm, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we faced a delay, Captain Anita's communication was exemplary. She clearly and calmly explained the cause of the delay, the weather conditions along our route, and assured us of our safety. What stood out most was her ability to convey this information in a soothing and clear manner, all in Hindi. Unlike the often formal and impersonal tone used by many pilots, Captain Anita's approach was warm and reassuring. Her efforts to avoid further delays were also communicated effectively, making the entire situation far less stressful for all passengers. We reached airport 45 minutes prior and the counter girl Miss Rosita said for checkin baggage you are late for the checkin as checkin counter closes 1 hour prior and it’s written on the ticket. I showed them the ticket and this line was not written anywhere. Seeing two small kids with us and having 45minutes good time for a small airport like Goa I think checkin could have been done. But it’s the cheap policy of airlines to beg for money for every small thing (like 200/- to 300/- for seats, what nonsense) they said you can go on the next flight only after paying 1800/- per person. Utter non-sense and harassment it was. Just like all other big chor company shut down. Chor like indigo should also shut down too.Then the worst part was their air-hostess they do not know where to make the passenger sit during landing as I had a kid with me. The themself started arguing inside the flight that too during landing and after further harassment of changing seats 3 times as per their direction I had to make the 3 of those idiots talk to each other and decide where should I sit. Cheap company. Cheap employees. Never travel by indigo even if it’s the cheapest of all. As they show their cheapness during travel and ruin the travel experience.

Mr. Farhan Ahmad really helped me out I am glad I went to his counter as per the grooming being in a management industry it is foremost and Mr. Ahmad was perfectly groomed . He helped me is the payment issued the seating issues and luggage issue too very calm kind clear in mind person I meet yesterday I can’t Thankyou enough .
