Flipkart is the worst of the lot. You don’t get the product you order for. And return is a nightmare. They have got a bunch of hopeless sellers. They send you the wrong items and is not too keen to accept return. A few years back my husband had an experience of supplying the wrong item three times and it was after nearly 45 days that we got the refund, after regular follow up. We had discontinued using Flipkart but last year there were good offers during Diwali when we purchased a TV and a Prestige Pressure Cooker. The cooker supplied was a wrong one, of the same capacity but of a slightly lower price due to initial offer discount. I was asked to return the item and make fresh order. By that time the prices had gone up and I could not change the item. The recent experience is the worst. I ordered for grey coloured door mat. I got a brick red one. Return and refund was sought. The person who came from Ekart Logistics refused to accept the same as the colour of the image with him was grey. The matter was taken up with Flipkart who again arranged for return pick up. The same problem was again reported by the person. The matter was again reported and a return was arranged again. There again the same issue. Now the time for return is over. I will never use Flipkart again.
Disgusting Experience

I have always been ordering from other applications and this time thought of ordering from FLIPKART. This was one of the worst experience. First of all i had a waiting of 7 days for a tv to be delivered which is way too high..the guy who came to give the delivery cancelled 3.1k of 3.5k just for few lines on the old tv and offered 400 for my old tv. Other companies offer 1k even for a dead tv. I felt this was ridiculous and asked him to cancel the order. Just as he left my place i checked on the app and saw they had mentioned this price of 400 for any disturbance on tv. I felt i should have read it before and called the guy again who was leas than 5 mins from my place stating just deliver the tv and collect the remaining cash to which he said he already cancelled and cannot reinstate. I called the call center and when the person couldnt answer my query she chose to disconnect the phone on my face. Are flipkarts systems so rigid and non customer friendly where if the person changes their mind within 5 mins they cannot help their customers. Even a local grocery shop or a mall u might change your mind but will not be penalised for the same. Just a curious thought - what if the delivery guy by mistake cancels the order, then what? U cant reverse that? Will the customer be penalised!! Have just got through another customer care agent. Hopefully he should be able to help. And from where it all started,,seriously 400 for a working condition tv???!!!!!Very disappointed.
Fraud / Unprofessional sellers and lack of customer support.

Due to Fraud / Unprofessional sellers and lack of customer support this company gonna loose a lot of loyal customers like me. I was regularly buying everything from this app without even comparing prices from another sites . I’ve nearly bought products worth 70k to 80k this year, But in this big billion days sale some thing happened that made me boycott this app. I saw tshirt of ducati brand and also duffel bag of safari brand were listed at very reasonable price. So i ordered those items at my address and made online payment , and on flipkart they have estimated that I’ll get delivery in 6-8 days. Then after big billion days sale got over i got notification that seller has canceled your order. I was like how tf can seller cancel any order without customers consent and top of that same tshirt were listed now at higher price. Why tf sellers accept orders or offer the prices at which they can’t deliver the product and I guess flipkart also has not strict policies against this type of sellers. After complaining Flipkart customer service team they told we can’t do anything and suggested me to buy same item on higher price, are you guys dumb what’s the point of big billion sale then. That’s how my both orders got cancelled by sellers without informing and flipkart fooled me at the name of big billion sale. Never going to use this app in entire life and deleting my and every family members account today. Thanks for opening mg eyes.

Flipkart has done fraud with me as i have ordered noise samart watch and i received boat watch and after being complaining for so long till now they did provided me any resolution and they are keep rejecting my return. As they have asked me for the image i have shared the image of the watch then they asked me for my adhar i hv also shared that but then also they are rejecting my return more than 3 times. So Flipkart now i dnt want to return my product and i also want refund from your end as you guys have mentally harassed me and played with my emotions so u need to compensate me for this otherwise i have to complain this issue to the consumer forum😡😡Again a new fraud done with me by Flipkart as on 31 march 2023 they have disabled my paylater act but i have paid all the dues before time and while asking them they asked me to contact idfc bank but they also did not answer my call and atlast i have Dwnld the idfc app there i see that my march emi is missed but i have paid the emi to Flipkart as i have bought the product from there after that as being concern of my cibil score i paid the emi there also i asked Flipkart that i have paid the emi on idfc bank so kindly remove my 1040 emi amount but they asked me to pay me the bill and told me that the amount will be refund in my source acct but they didn’t refunded yet they asked me for all the proof and shared also but without resolving my issue they are marking my issue as resolve # Flipkart frauding people now
