I have been using sRide as a CP provider from September 2018, for my office commute, and have loved the hassle free service. But the only problem I have faced is the last minute cancellations. People book your ride a day before, and but cancel just 15-30 mins before the ride. And it is very rare that you can find such last minute bookings because naturally, all the providers and seekers would like their seats to be booked well in advance before daily office commute. There is no nominal cancellation charge/fee deducted from the CP seeker who behave in this way. This gives them freedom to behave the way they want, eventually making it a loss for the CP provider and a missed opportunity for another CP seeker. I hope, that sRide gives a thought on this and works for the same.

When i have to take 1 ride in a day and have to track it only for 5-10 minutes, why should i give location permission for all the time? If i dont give you permission, you are not showing me location at all. Hiding 70% of screen with your msg to give permission for all time. Purely unethical practices. I will not give permission all the time, and its a open threat, if in next update, if I continue seeing it, i will stop using sride for ever. I hate such a unethical practices, thats why I switched to apple ecosystem. And apple, please protect your customers from such developers who make the user experience a hell, if they dont get all the unnecessary permission they want. The was working fine in ios 17, so suddenly what happened that app cant work for 10 min if i dont give all day permission? I trace my car only when i am using the app, and thats the permission i want to give, I should see the car when i am using the app, stop forcing me to not show the car without full day permission. Shame on you.

Using SRide has been nothing but a nightmare! I can’t believe how incompetent and disgraceful their customer support is. I had money in my SRide wallet as a driver, but after taking a break from the app, I came back to find everything wiped out — no transaction history, no balance, NOTHING! When I contacted customer support, they gave some ridiculous excuse about ‘account maintenance charges,’ which doesn’t even exist in their policies. They’re just making stuff up to cover their mistakes!To make it worse, after pushing them, they only gave me a partial refund, and since then, they’ve been ignoring me for MONTHS! I’ve sent countless emails, messages — and nothing! Their support is literally the worst I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t care about their users at all, and they’ll rob you without any shame or responsibility.If you value your money and sanity, avoid SRide like the plague. There are far better apps out there that don’t treat their users like garbage. SRide is a joke, and their customer support is a disaster!

-redeem option on weekends only. That too in Paytm or banks but it works on weekends only.-route option not there in my app. Meaning i cannot select which route i wish to take in my ride so it creates lot of confusion and leads to cancellation of rides and waste of time.-the prices suggested by sRide are way too low. I generally incur a cost of INR 170 one way and get only 40 bucs if i ride with one person. Idealy the cost should be equally divided between all riders. So if there are just two people i.e. rider and i then the cost should be 85. Likewise if there are four people traveling then the cost per head will be around 43. Currently the cost is INR 43 irrespective of how many riders are in the car. Not fair. I heard people are getting contacts from sride and form their iwn group and decide on a price themselves. Not using sride which only gets the commission. Smart idea.-app started to crash from today. If i go to edit my ride it crashes.
