I’ve been using both M365 Copilot and Google Pay regularly, and I’ve noticed that their app logos look somewhat similar at a glance. This has led to confusion on multiple occasions when trying to quickly open the intended app.While M365 Copilot itself is a powerful and useful tool, the logo design could benefit from a bit more distinctiveness to avoid mix-ups with other commonly used apps like GPay. A slight modification in color contrast, shape, or icon styling would go a long way in improving quick visual recognition.Hope the team considers refining the logo to make it more unique and easily distinguishable.
Office 365 in IpadOS and the problem

Problem- In ipadOS you can’t open multiple documents. So if you need to switch from the document on which you’re currently working to another document then the only way to do so in ipadOS is first you have to go back to office 365 home which will effectively close the document on which you’re currenlty working and only then you can select another document to work upon. We want the feature to be able to switch between multiple documents be it through a TAB feature like in chrome or safari on be it through another office 365 document. What could have been a very good experience is becoming a bad experience because of this and the only solution right now is either i have to switch the device or i want the feautre. So it is requested of microsoft and ipadOS to allow switching between multiple documents.

I find this mobile app extremely handy and useful particularly when my time is at premium and hands are full. The versatility of the app ranges from making simple words file to PDF files and even power point presentations. It also helps creating excel sheets and doing required data processing. The app helps to carry out tasks conveniently even while on the move. The facility for storage of files and easy retrieval is really helpful to remain always ready for business and academic meets! Great experience!
