The official APP of NSDL e-GOV for iOS
NSDL e-GOV gives you access to your account on your phone. Now you can access NPS account details from your phone, at any time and at any point.
The new APP gives your details of Subscribers account online. The Subscriber can access latest account details as is available on the CRA website using user ID (PRAN) and password. The APP accesses your account details online and provides you with user-friendly interface to browse through your account information. It also enables you to maintain your latest contact details and password.
The APP gives better user experience and provides additional functionality such as:
1. View current Holdings
2. Request for Transaction Statement for the year on your email ID.
3. Change contact details like Telephone, Mobile no. and email ID.
4. Change your Password / Secret Question
5. View your Account details.
6. Submit Contribution for Tier I as well as Tier II
7. Change Scheme Preference.
8. Modify address using Aadhaar.
9. Regenerate password using secret question.
10. View Last 5 contribution transactions carried out
11. Get notifications related to NPS.

Not able to log grievance
I faced an issue while contributing through website. The money got deducted from my account but did not credit in nps account.
Now no matter which option I select, I have to enter “Raised against” and “Raised against entity id”. In raised against dropdown I am given only one option “Grievance of subscriber against POP-SP” which I think would be wrong option in my case.
Please have something in grievance section sp that users can raise such issues.
Slow app and with bugs. Need overhauling
App is very slow and I have trouble logging in for some time. App saying contact system admin. Making a contribution is also difficult, not able to make in one go. App should have total principal of contribution made, NAV along with annualised return till date to get actual picture or the performance of the corpus.

We regret the inconvenience caused. However, the issue is resolved now. You can try to access the app again. As of now the facility to view annualized return is not available on App, however, you can see the annual returns in transaction statement through your NPS account login.
The app won't open the landing page after log in. It shows the greyed out landing screen with loading wheel spinning constantly over it. This is happening with around 20 Mbps speed connection. Please improve the app performance and atleast make it usable.

The app is working fine. You might have faced the issue due to some technical glitch. You can try to access the app again.
