Even after so many years, UBI is unable to offer a good mobile banking app or website. The blunt email reply that we will not provide mobile banking services for partnership firms is really shocking. Considering all major and small banks provide such services. UBI management and team is living in dark ages. Hope RBI takes cognisance of this issue. Disappointed existing customer.
This is by far one of the most frustrating banking apps I have used. The ease app by Union Bank feels completely untested and poorly engineered. Frequent crashes, broken features, login issues, and inconsistent behavior make even basic banking tasks painful. It seriously raises a question: Does the development team even have a proper testing or QA process? Or is the app released directly to the App Store without real-world testing? For a nationalized bank like Union Bank of India, this level of technical incompetence is unacceptable. Customers depend on banking apps for critical services, and such unprofessional execution destroys trust. The development team needs to urgently focus on: •Proper testing before releases •Fixing basic usability and stability issues •Improving technical quality and performance Until then, this app is more of a headache than a convenience.

Looks like UBI bank need to higher more professional staff and security standards staff with user experience tester and designer. This is not joke, people need to transfer funds instantly without unconditional security. This aap annoying me while login. Also please improve your server issues. I am currently using hdfc bank new app which they launched recently. Its very smooth. But when login with vyom its not smooth. For verification need to talk toll free number, why this? Please think on more user point of view

I have never seen an app so poorly made. From past 2 months day after day I tried to login to my union bank account and every single time there was a different error pop up. I tried everything, I reinstalled the app after deleting, and even went to the bank itself and they were COMPLETELY USELESS. I'm extremely frustrated that such a huge bank can't have a proper app for users. If I could give this app a 0.1 star I would. I regret opening an account here. Not recommend at all. BS.
