I usually don't write reviews for apps, but this I must. PlatinumRx makes customers job easy in finding same tablet of alternative brands at the lowest price possible. Imagine buying DOLO 650 for 33 Rs and the same Paracetamol 650 tablet from Cipla for 13 Rs. Most people don't even know to check alternative brands and end up paying high sum. I usually do this manually to save cost but this app makes it so easy that the entire process is automated. You may also start providing more supplements and consumer nutraceutical products and you will be the best in the field! And just like any other app, don't start increasing the prices once you start tasting the success :) All the best! 😊

Faced a lot of hiccups

I’m a first time buyer. Downloaded the app. However, I faced a lot of issues. Kept getting error msg for no reason “something went wrong, try later.” I Bugs, hanging, etc. Had to call customer care several times. Good thing is that they are easily accessible, but the whole process of ordering took a very long time, for 14 items. Many drugs did not have recommendations. Neither could we purchase the branded product in many cases. Very often the alternative was more expensive. Some drug companies, eg Mankind Pharma, have cheaper generics, but those weren’t available. Saved around 1k, though, which is appreciated given the exorbitant medicine prices. Just hope the alternatives do the job.

Despite multiple follow-ups, the customer care team was completely clueless about the status of my order — all they did was give standard responses without any real update or solution.When it comes to essential medicines, timely delivery is critical, and such delays are unacceptable. The app seriously needs to improve its logistics tracking and customer support training. Definitely not a reliable platform for urgent medical needs.
