Dissatisfaction and unhappy
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unprofessional handling of my recent health insurance application. Despite being completely transparent about my wife’s medical history, including her condition of epilepsy, I was assured by both your sales executive and the doctor that Niva Bhupa health insurance would be suitable. However, after nearly two weeks of waiting, I am informed that this policy is unavailable due to her condition.
This entire experience has been frustrating and deeply disappointing. Not only was my time wasted, but the lack of clear communication and misleading recommendations from both your agent and the doctor involved have left me feeling misled and unsupported. This is entirely unacceptable, and I expect immediate action to be taken against those responsible for such negligent behavior. If your representatives are unable to provide accurate information from the start, they should not be entrusted with clients’ sensitive medical needs.
I hope you address this matter seriously and ensure such instances are prevented in the future. *Never recommend Policy Bazaar*

Deteriorating service
This time i am facing very bad service from all the department of policy bazaar! I feel policybazaar hai generated too much lead or policy holder customer they are not able to cater them properly! I have been with policy bazaar for more then 5 years now they are doing kind of harassment I have applied for renew on june 17 still they have not done the-renewal! Policy bazaar only pitch for upgradation or porting or increase the some insured then they say u have take claim in past thats y in renewal it is taking time! When we say them to call at my given time they dont do but randomly they call more 20 calls for a day! For renewal or other thing! I had around 50 call and 25 email conversation with agent still there is no solution! They say it will take 3 working day then suddenly they change to 7 day then they are increasing continuously, i have around 3 my policy this time i am stuck so cant change the policy bazaar but definitely next renewal i will take it from outside! Thanks policy bazaar for your pathetic service!
