App connectivity issue!!! Here is the hack

If you all are facing the same connectivity issue. Do follow the step by step process so that you can connect to your suzuki bike always. This hack works for me with Gixxer SF bike. Hope the same will work for all bikes.

Step1: Download and open the ride connect app.
Step 2: Follow the onscreen instructions.
Step 3: Do the initial pairing with your bike.(usually gets disconnected within 5 seconds)
Step 4: Turn off the bike ignition key.
Step5: minimise the Suzuki ride connect app in your mobile and open any other app and minimise the same.
Step 6: now lock your mobile.
Step 7: Turn on the ignition key and you can see the bike will connect automatically.

Hope this hack works for all.

Note: make sure you have given permission to app for Always.

Worst Bluetooth connectivity

Paid extra 8-9k for the RIDE CONNECT BT variant and ended up regretting it. At first the connectivity was seamless and all was fine. Then suddenly the mode button wasn’t showing the pairing option. I was not able to connect my iPhone with the scooter since the scooter itself was not allowing the bluetooth to work. I went to the service center and they too were puzzled with this issue. They said that this kind of problem does not come often and that we have to look at it. They took more than 2 hours to figure things out. First they blamed that the app is having problems with Apple Devices and when i connected my iPhone with a brand new Burgman (in their showroom) they were convinced it was the console issue. They changed my console within 15 days. After changing the console it was working fine but only for a few hours. The same original problem again came to life.
I am really disheartened to have spent a premium and not able to enjoy it to the fullest , plus it is also causing me stress and agony as i have to visit the service center again.

Fraud app by Suzuki to cheat customers

It’s been a year and I updated my app several times and yet it won’t pair up my Avenis with my iPhone 13 mini. It connects and disconnects in 5 seconds. I bought the vehicle to use navigation. Now they tell it won’t support ios. This is a Cheap tactic to sell your scooters. It shows App developers working with Suzuki are worthless unpassionate bunch of idiots spoiling the company’s name. And salesperson from Natwest Suzuki Chennai promised me that it will pair up flawlessly with my iPhone before buying. All are trained to lie to the customer. After sales, they avoid answering and pretend they are busy and promise they will rectify and forget our existence in a few minutes. We customers become the ultimate losers. Everytime I look at my Avenis I feel cheated, depressed, irritated. I hope this message reaches the top management of Suzuki.
