They Generally take Payment in advance you do not have the cash on delivery option then the real game start The restaurant took 45 mins to prepare your order then They do not have the delivery boys They generally took Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit and other delivery boys to deliver your order.. The delivery boys did not pickup the order for 1 hour and sometimes 2 hours .. You don’t have any option just wait for the order because the money is already taken from you. They do not have customer care So you can complaint for the delay They will not provide you outlet number also so you can connect.. Basically they will take money from you and keep you helpless for hours and humiliate you.. The real surprise is also left In 10 orders you will get 2 delivered if any delivery boys accept after 2 hours if not then they cancel your order after 2 hours and there is no option of refund You need to run behind them for the refund.So Beware of this fraud App. Boycott Wow Momo!

I got seduced by the 20rs savings in comparison to Zomato/Swiggy and tried the Wow Eats app for the first time. Initial issue began with the driver being at his home some 2km away for an hour after the order. After multiple calls, he finally went to the restaurant where he waited for another hour. Finally I got the order after 2hrs and 15mins - only to realise the momos are cold and soft drink is hot. Since I was hungry, I tried eating the momo, when I got my final gift - incorrect item. The restaurant somehow managed to mess up 1 of the only 2 items I ordered. Paid for the cheese, got the cheaper cheese-less one instead. Kept submitting feedbacks but to no avail.

Idk y this app has been created! Yesterday i placed an order which i didnt get.. after 40 mins i talked to customer support and he said order is out for delivery… then after some time when we didnt receive the order and called again, another executive said order will be delivered soon. Then 1 and a half hour later when we called again we were again told that order will be delivered soon!! But then i had to cancel the order bcz it was clearly a stupid decision to order from this app!! WASTED my TIME!!! Pathetic service 👎🏻👎🏻

Idk y this app has been created! placed an order on the WOW app at 7:15 p.m., but after waiting over an hour and a half, I still didn’t receive my food. When I called the delivery person, he was extremely rude, shouting at me and confusing my order with another name. Despite calling multiple times, he told me to cancel the order and reach out to customer care myself. This was a very poor experience, and I’m disappointed by the lack of support.
