They Generally take Payment in advance you do not have the cash on delivery option then the real game start The restaurant took 45 mins to prepare your order then They do not have the delivery boys They generally took Swiggy, Zomato, Blinkit and other delivery boys to deliver your order.. The delivery boys did not pickup the order for 1 hour and sometimes 2 hours .. You don’t have any option just wait for the order because the money is already taken from you. They do not have customer care So you can complaint for the delay They will not provide you outlet number also so you can connect.. Basically they will take money from you and keep you helpless for hours and humiliate you.. The real surprise is also left In 10 orders you will get 2 delivered if any delivery boys accept after 2 hours if not then they cancel your order after 2 hours and there is no option of refund You need to run behind them for the refund.So Beware of this fraud App. Boycott Wow Momo!
6 Hours Later, Still No Order – Worst Delivery Experience Ever

Such terrible service. Online payment was taken immediately, but I still haven’t received my order even after 6 hours. I contacted customer support multiple times, and they keep saying, “Your order is packed and will be out for delivery soon.” They’ve been saying the same thing for 6 hours.I would strongly advise people not to order from this app unless you want to stay hungry waiting for your food. I’m seriously considering taking legal action. It’s not about the money—it’s about making customers wait for hours without any proper update while they remain hungry.

I got seduced by the 20rs savings in comparison to Zomato/Swiggy and tried the Wow Eats app for the first time. Initial issue began with the driver being at his home some 2km away for an hour after the order. After multiple calls, he finally went to the restaurant where he waited for another hour. Finally I got the order after 2hrs and 15mins - only to realise the momos are cold and soft drink is hot. Since I was hungry, I tried eating the momo, when I got my final gift - incorrect item. The restaurant somehow managed to mess up 1 of the only 2 items I ordered. Paid for the cheese, got the cheaper cheese-less one instead. Kept submitting feedbacks but to no avail.
This update includes bug fixes, performance improvements, and experience refinements to keep Wow! Eats running smoothly across ordering, checkout, and tracking.
