NO OPTION TO DELETE OLD BANK ACCOUNT NUMBER.

Hi, Please consider adding a feature that allows users to remove or delete old bank account details.Previously, I had three different bank accounts registered, but all of them are now inactive. I recently added my current bank account, but it appears below the old accounts. When I want to make a withdrawal, I cannot select the latest bank account because the app does not allow me to scroll down to it.As a result, every time I need to make a withdrawal, I have to select “Add New Bank” and manually enter my current bank account number again.I also visited a KWSP office to request the removal of my old bank account details, but I was informed that this cannot be done as it is irreversible.Please look into this issue and consider allowing users to delete inactive bank accounts or improve the bank account selection interface. Thank you.

Great and very useful EPF/ KWSP app. So easy to use too

Ignore the ridiculous ratings given by people who are either anti government or just don’t know how to use it. It’s so easy that my 12 year old nephew can use also. The negative comments are all untrue. One says can’t view balance, excuse me hello! Read what’s on the screen. It hides your balance until you tap the ‘show balance’ option. What la! If don’t know how to use, then don’t comment and don’t rate until you learn how to use it properly. It’s so so easy. Great app. My choice for no. 1 gov app. And now even better. I think EPF listened to my suggestion. I suggested that anyone can deposit money into my account. Like family and myself. EPF doing a fantastic job. Hopefully can hit 6.5 or 7% dividend for this year.

annoying to this app
This is not first time i cannot login to my acc bcs it say unavailable to access bcs update also it say that im putting my password wrong even though i changed my password every time i want to login let’s just say this app broken and im really disappointed rn im using iphone 11 and i ask other 11 user they say the same problem had to face i want to delete this app before that give my money back im done use this app
