JaGaApp 2.0 4+

I changed my handphone back in December 2020 and reinstalled JagaApp but there was no login page and the app interface looked different. So I uninstalled that app version and installed jagaApp 2.0 instead and the interfaces were similar to before but had issues linking the reinstalled app with my property and account. Long story short, the technical issue has just been resolved. Recommend that only 1 version be made available in App Store for installation so that there is no confusion on the version to be installed.

The mosaic tiles at the surrounding of the swimming pool are too slippery when water immerse from swimming pool. My nephew was slipped and knocked on his lips resulting a tooth was broken and his lip was torn and was treated at hospital BM with 4 stitches. I did made a complain in the jaga app and then received a call from the PIC with a verbal apology . She also promised will take precautions steps to make sure something to add on the floor to avoid slippery. However, till now I don’t see any changes and the floor still slippery especially during rainy days. Anyhow, my use of the facilities has been terminated , so, change or no change also none of my business. Just I felt , my nephew was so innocent and hurts to overcome that trauma for a year now .

Previously I did make complaints regarding to the noise pollution from neighbours, the issues wasn’t solved until now but when I checked the reviews it showed resolved. And sometimes it takes quite a long time to response. Quite disappointed.

In the other hand, for maintenance of corridor lights or car park lights when I just make requests it takes action immediately, good job and well service.
