Hi All. I paid using grabpay, the payment experience was terrible, laggy apps & processing, time consuming log in process, the integration with grabpay needs alot of improvement, to ensure seamless transition between apps. And furthermore, after all verification done, notification shows insufficient funds in grabpay acct but in fact i hv more than enough balance, a huge gap on 2 apps integration communication on this issue. Just my 2 cents. Tq

To pay for the parking has never been easier with this apps. especially with most of the pay machines not in functioning well, it can be quite a torture 😰 and it happened to me once! Imagine, having to hop from one machine to another and you’ll be surprise that most of it is problematic. I wished they’d cover more locations..

I love this app! Saves me from searching for functional payment machines and for coins! I hope that the app can allow us to start payment for parking before 7.30am. Sometimes we arrive early but can’t pay for parking yet. Then we may forget to pay... 😅
