I base in china several years n now transfer back to Malaysia . In china all e wallet used so powerbank rental machine anyway. I took Malaysia no yet for this service, but surprisingly I saw this service already in especially this brand synermax can get many place very convenient!

The customer service is not helpful at all and was very rude. The app make it compulsory to deposit RM30 into the wallet even though they have lock my credit card a deposit and the money is not returnable. The guideline to return is not clear at all and when I put it in another way round the machine couldn’t let me take it out and put it back again (this function is totally common in other brand machines) and yet they just say it’s my faulty and charge me an amount!

They would certainly reply “kindly contact our customer service for assistance” and hence they will not assist at all! Just reply to seem better in the app review !!!

Dear friend, thank you for your feedback experience with our customer service. We will improve our service. Kindly please request for deposit refund. For your information, wallet reload non-refundable as mentioned in our T&C. On our machine have show clearly step to return our powerbank while our SOP also guide step to rent.

When you only have limited place to get your service then you should understand that it’s a must to let ppl get their money back.

It stated refundable means all money back! Deposit given but the Wallet money not refundable is ridiculous. I couldn’t use your service and your customer service didn’t seem to help either. What’s the point of having a WhatsApp CS but reply 1-2 hours later?

Given Rm 45 to rent a power bank, rm30 for deposit, Rm15 for E Wallet hold on. Then when return, they only refund me the deposit and Customer Service say wallet is non refundable ! What’s this? Is it a scam?
