Error on startup
It's not functioning over wifi..my plan isnt auto-renew as it said and i have to manual-renew..when i start this app without a data plan it comes decades to load and i have to use over wifi connection..but sadly its appear nothing on the home menu..keep scroll it down to reload the menu and it's still the same so i have to manually resubscribe after stop the subscription through message..then i reopen the app through my data plan then it's working normal as usual..fix this then i'll rate you 5 stars
Error pop up on My Account section
The ‘Oops! An error has occurred. Please try again after sometime.’ keeps popping up on My Account since 06 Aug 2021. It is very frustrating since I can’t directly see my data balance on Home and click on the Freebies. I’ve already updated to the app to the latest version, so I don’t understand what suddenly went wrong with this app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it didn’t solve the problem. Please fix this asap.
Face recognition fail
Istg the face recognition for the first user to register was so annoying. I have been trying to register and taking my picture for the whole day but it still doesn’t recognise and said that the photo I took were not meet the requirements. And until now I still cannot register my new number. I hope this app will upgrade more cuz it literally annoyed me and make it hard for me to register the new number.
