I don’t understand what you guys are doing again and I don’t want to give a bad review but can you guys just work on your app, why do I have to be praying to God to get the app to open so I can use my money. If the app is not working again can you guys just scrape it instead of embarrassing and making people look foolish when it’s time to make transactions on the app.

This bank deserves a zero star rating. Imagine this, it’s late at night, you urgently need to get YOUR money out of YOUR account and because of some people who don’t have common sense you can’t because they suspended your pin with no warnings for no reason. No text, no email I didn’t even know this was done until I wanted to use MY money. I was told I needed to reset my pin and in order to do that I have to do a facial verification. Did that but still can’t use my pin because my account is “under verification” after this I close and opened the app again in hopes that I would be able to use my pin but instead I’m greeted with a message that says I need to verify my account with my card or token. I don’t have a token because I’m not 50 years old so I decided to use my card but it turns out that you can only use a verve card when it’s a Visa card that I got when creating my account and it’s a Visa card linked to my account so not only was I stranded for the night I also don’t have access to MY money because I don’t have a verve card and I don’t own a physical token. I even tried downloading the token app but you still need either a verve card or a physical token to use the token app. Such backwards thinking. I regret the first day I stepped into that Polaris bank

Tell me why Polaris bank keeps deducting 700naira everyday from my account. And Dey won’t give me alert on my text message until I check my balance I will notice 700naira and some day 1,050 been deducted.
They will line up 50naira saying it’s electronic levy
And that’s how I will calculate the 50naira and it will amount to 1,050naira
And just this evening 700 was deducted in the name of electronic levy, meanwhile you change per transfer and incoming transcation.
The most useless bank award goes to Polaris, very slow bank but very active in stealing people’s money at night
