Less Options
The options of what stores offer is super limited. For example side options like say BK on UberEats have curly fries, onion rings, chicken chips etc but on this app none of those sides are avail which kind of ruins it for me. I’m not even keen to use this with the 50% off sign up because of having such limited options. Would rather pay the little bit extra and have everything avail through other apps tbh.
Also the food is cheaper but the delivery is quite expensive, though I guess that sort of evens out?
Hopefully they improve the app a bit because I would like to have more options for delivery apps, especially one locally run.
Lots of reviews about cold food etc..
As a DE Driver I can assure you, most of the time it isnt our fault. While this can definitely can depend on where you live and how well the drivers in your area are, most drivers will pick up the orders as soon as possible and always put the food in the hotbag. However some restaurants do have rather large bags or maybe you the customer have ordered a lot of food which is impossible to bag them all! You should probably expect your food to be cold if that’s the case.
DE is a great service, better than Uber since there is actually a team working along side the drivers for deliver easy. DE dispatch and coordinators do a great job in providing service to their customers and so do the drivers :) sick of all the silly ratings
Gets worse with each update
I love Delivereasy but the app has gotten worse with each update. I now have to both log in AND manually enter my address every time I place an order or even open the app. I should note that in no past version did it ever "remember" my address from my login information; I would always have to manually enter that manually but in the past it was only occasionally that I would have to log back in. Now it's every time I use the app. I keep hoping that will get fixed in the next update but it's actually gotten worse.
Delivereasy as a service is pretty much five stars and in my opinion is a far better service than any of its competitors (despite a comparatively limited number of offerings) but unfortunately the app isn't up to that standard.
